Registration for Aspire Mountain Academy

Before registering:

1. Please fill out an application form.

2. Meet with an administrator at a Meet n' Greet at the park in the summer or tour the school during the school year.

3. Confirm with an administrator that you have been accepted in our program and that we have a spot available in the classes you choose.

Registration fee is $50 per child until May 31st. After that it increase to $65 per child. Please change the quantity to reflect the number of child you are registering. Thank you!

If you prefer to pay with venmo, you can venmo @AspireMountain the registration fee (9980 are the last 4 digits). Just write your child's name and class(es) in the subject line. Thank you!

Payment method

Tuition

Part-time 1 day/week: $1000/year

Part-time 2 days/week: $1,920/year

Full-time 3 days/week: $2880/year

Payment for 1st semester (or in full) is due two weeks before the beginning of the school year. Payment for second semester is due two weeks before second semester begins. In August, you may choose to pay for first semester only or in full. If you are paying monthly, tuition is due by the 5th of each month to avoid a $35 late fee.

Class Fees

If you enroll your child in a LEMI Scholar Project for ages 12+, there is an additional one time fee of $100 to help cover additional costs associated with offering a LEMI Scholar class.

Other class fees include:

--Handicraft fees: handicraft supplies for ages 8-12 ($10-$25/semester)

--Parent Volunteer Fee: if you are unable to volunteer for the class for ages 5-6 or 6-8, you will be required to pay a one fee of $35 per semester

--Required Books: purchase, or borrow from the library, the books required for the classes

--Field Trips: families are responsible to pay for all entrance fees for the (optional) field trips (about $30-50/year per student)

--Student Registration Fee is $50 per student annually or $65 if paid after May 31st

Withdrawal Policy

Tuition is due two weeks before the beginning of each semester or on the first day of the month if paying monthly.

--If you withdraw your child, you will need to give a 2 week notice and will receive a prorated refund.

--If you withdraw before 30 days from the first day of class, you will receive a full refund of the remaining time minus the 2 weeks.

--If you withdraw after the first 30 days, you will receive an 80% refund minus 2 weeks.

--If you withdraw 45 days before the end of a semester, no refund will be issued.
